The Challenge

Beauty Lot is a professional beauty center offering skin treatments using advanced machines guided by the CTS method — Condition, Texture, Structure. Despite having great technology and treatment results, they faced three major problems:

     

  1. Low consumer understanding — many potential customers didn’t understand what machine-based treatments could actually solve

  3. Generic online content — their ads and visuals looked similar to traditional facial salons, failing to communicate their expertise
