No Refunds for Completed Work

Full Payment Before Commencement:
We require full payment from the client before we begin any project or service. By making this payment, you acknowledge that you agree to the scope of work and our terms.
Refund Eligibility:
- We do not offer any refunds on completed work unless no enquiries (zero leads or contacts) are generated at all over the agreed campaign period.
- In such a scenario, you may contact us within 3 days after the end of the campaign period to discuss a possible resolution.
No Partial Refunds:
- Cancellation by Client: If the client decides to cancel at any stage, it is considered the client’s own decision and no refund (partial or otherwise) will be provided.
- Project Completion: Once a project is delivered and deemed complete by Impact Evo, no refunds will be issued unless the specific conditions above are met (no enquiries at all).

Digital Products (If Applicable)

If you purchase any digital products (such as eBooks or templates) from Impact Evo:

Instant Download: Once downloaded, digital products are not eligible for return or refund.
Technical Issues: If you encounter any technical problems accessing or using the product, please contact us for support.

No Refund for Dissatisfaction

While we strive to exceed your expectations, we do not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with the quality or outcome of our services, assuming the agreed deliverables (other than guaranteed enquiries) have been provided.

Dispute Resolution
